Your accounting & tax returns really can be easy. Here's how...

1 To get started with Easy Tax simply hire us here, ask about anything here or contact us by phone, email, call in to our office - whichever you prefer. From there we'll answer any questions and prepare a checklist to help you gather the information for us to do your accounting and prepare your tax returns. What's needed depends on whether you're in business or own rental property and which trading or ownership structure you use. Don't worry if this seems confusing - we'll guide you through.

2 Just follow through your easy checklist to gather as much requested information as you can. If you've any questions just ask us - We're always happy to help and talking with us is always free. When you're ready just tell us and we'll arrange a courier to collect it or you're welcome to Freepost it to us or drop it in to our office. If you use your own accounting software it may just be a few reports which can be emailed to us. From there we'll take care of things as follows...

3 We'll get your accounting started ASAP, working through your transaction and other information, ensuring you're saving all the tax you can and that everything is absolutely spot on. If there's any queries or more information needed we'll be in touch. Your accounting & tax returns are carefully prepared using a thorough step by step system and then thoroughly reviewed.

4 Once everything is checked, reviewed and finalised, financial accounts are prepared and printed. From this information your income tax returns are then prepared. Everything is packaged up with a letter explaining your tax outcome, our invoice and a checklist for next year's tax returns and is couriered or posted to you. You're always welcome to call in to our office or get in touch with us to go over your reports and tax returns with you or to discuss anything at any time. We're here to help.

5 If you're happy with the tax returns just sign and return, if not we'll make changes to suit. We'll file your signed tax returns with Inland Revenue who will then either arrange your refund or if you've tax to pay we'll send you reminder notices nearer the due date(s). We'll provide any ongoing help with Inland Revenue as required to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible and to help you understand what happens and why.
